📜 Job description
You will support customers and the Sales&Marketing team as a technical application expert. In this role, you will use your experience in analytical instrumentation and process analytical technologies (PAT) to maintain customer support and satisfaction, by implementing InSpek’s on-chip sensors.
🛠️ Responsbilities
- Customer assistance:
- Develop an understanding of client requirements and challenges, delivering technical solutions and support.
- Ensure smooth operations through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Product demonstrations:
- Perform hands-on operation of hardware and software tools to meet client specifications.
- Perform and supervise installation and analysis of PAT technology both at company premises and at client sites.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for clients on new and existing PAT applications.
- Project management:
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports documenting experiment results, product issues, and resolution steps.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with R&D and Sales teams to refine products and address technical queries.
- Leadership and guidance: provide technical leadership in project settings, guiding teams towards achieving business and technical milestones.
- Continuous learning and development: stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in PAT to enhance service delivery
✨ What we need from you
- MSc (or equivalent experience) in analytical chemistry, biotechnology, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer working with analytical instrumentation and/or process analytical technology (PAT)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
- Effective project management and organizational skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both in articulating technical concepts to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Availability to travel in and out of France
- Proficiency in English, French is a plus
- Good comprehension of bioproduction and pharmaceutical processes.
- Raman spectroscopy experience is a plus
