Juejun Hu

Juejun Hu is a co-founder of InSpek and a Professor at MIT, where his research focuses on integrated photonics for chemical and biological sensing. The Raman-on-chip platform that became the foundation of InSpek originated from his research group at MIT.

Other co-founders of InSpek include Laurent Vivien (Director of Research at CNRS, expert in silicon photonics) and Derek Kita (chip-scale spectroscopy researcher from MIT). The founding team brings together complementary expertise in silicon photonics, chip-scale spectroscopy, and translational research.
